How We Work
Every engagement begins with trilingual intake — understanding the client's case, identifying what documents are needed, and establishing communication with the client's immigration attorney. For letters of support, we contact each recommender directly, conduct structured interviews in the recommender's preferred language, and draft each letter in their voice. For FBI background checks, we walk clients through the process step by step in their preferred language and coordinate fingerprinting through our partner locations nationwide.
All deliverables are reviewed, revised as needed, and delivered filing-ready to both the client and their attorney.

Our in-person fingerprinting services are coordinated through partner locations nationwide. Letters of support, FBI background check coordination, and all other services are handled remotely and available to clients across the United States.
