Find Your Fingerprinting Location
In-person fingerprint capture is coordinated through MassVerify partner locations nationwide. Use our location finder to get started — enter your ZIP code, choose your processing speed, and submit your request in minutes.
Find a Location Near YouWhat to Expect at Your Appointment
The appointment itself is quick and straightforward. You arrive at the fingerprinting location, check in, and present valid identification. A trained fingerprint technician captures your fingerprints electronically and confirms successful submission. Once your fingerprints are captured, you're done — the in-person visit typically takes 10 to 20 minutes, depending on location and wait time.
You will not leave with your FBI report. Results are issued by the FBI afterward — 3 to 4 weeks for standard processing, or within 48 hours for expedited (requires a valid U.S. driver's license).
How MassVerify supports you
Fingerprint capture itself is handled by the partner fingerprinting technician at the location you select. MassVerify manages the entire process around the appointment — scheduling, client preparation, step-by-step instructions in your preferred language, appointment follow-up, and troubleshooting. Our trilingual support covers the full intake and follow-up workflow in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
If something goes wrong
We help clients navigate any process-related issues that come up, including rejected fingerprints due to image quality, delayed or missing results, submission follow-up, and general troubleshooting until you successfully receive your report.
Important: MassVerify provides FBI Identity History Summary requests for personal review. We do not provide legal interpretation of FBI results or advise on the immigration or legal consequences of what appears in your report — that is handled by your immigration attorney. We focus on getting you the report successfully and in the language you need.
