Support Letters Are Critical — and Time-Consuming
Every immigration attorney knows that credible, case-specific support letters strengthen filings. But producing those letters in-house means your staff is chasing recommenders, conducting interviews, drafting and revising, and managing a workflow that pulls time from case preparation and legal strategy.
When recommenders are asked to write their own letters, the results are often generic, poorly organized, or miss the legal standard entirely. When paralegals draft from templates, adjudicators notice. Either way, the letters end up weaker than they should be — and the case pays the price.
MassVerify eliminates this bottleneck. We manage the entire letter-of-support workflow for your cases, producing attorney-grade documents that your office can file with confidence.
How It Works for Your Firm
You tell us the case type and the recommenders. We handle everything else.
You send us the case details and recommender list
Case type, legal standard, applicant background, and contact information for each recommender. That is all we need from your office to begin.
We reach out to recommenders directly
We contact each recommender in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, explain the process, and schedule a structured interview. Your staff does not chase signers.
We conduct structured interviews
Our interviews are designed to elicit the specific facts, observations, and recollections that the adjudicator needs. We ask the questions that produce usable testimony.
We draft each letter from scratch
Every letter is written in the recommender's voice, tailored to the case type and legal standard you specify. No templates. No recycled language.
You review and we revise
We share drafts with your office, incorporate your feedback, and revise until you are satisfied. We adjust letters as the case develops and you identify new needs.
Filing-ready delivery
Final letters are delivered to your office formatted, proofread, and ready for the recommender's signature and your filing. We provide the letter in whatever language the record requires.
Trilingual Communication With Your Clients' Recommenders
If your caseload includes Brazilian or Hispanic clients, many of their recommenders — family members, pastors, employers, community contacts — speak primarily in Portuguese or Spanish. Asking them to produce an English letter, or having a monolingual paralegal attempt the outreach, creates friction and delays.
We conduct all recommender communication in the recommender's strongest language. When the filing requires English, we produce the letter in English; when a Portuguese or Spanish version is needed, we draft natively. Certified translation is coordinated when required.
Volume and Engagement Pricing
We offer volume pricing for firms ordering multiple letters per case and ongoing-engagement terms for firms with recurring caseloads. Firm-specific pricing is structured to reflect case volume and expected usage.
