MassVerify Solutions provides immigration support services, including letters of support, FBI Identity History Summary coordination, and fingerprinting coordination. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information provided to us in the course of delivering these services.

What Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
  • Case information: Immigration case type, applicant details, and information relevant to the documents we are preparing.
  • Recommender information: Names, contact details, and statements provided during structured interviews for letters of support.
  • Attorney information: Name and contact details of the immigration attorney handling the case.
  • Identity documents: Information required for FBI Identity History Summary requests, including identification details needed for fingerprint submission.
  • Payment information: Zelle transaction details for deposit and balance payments. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
  • Website inquiries: Information submitted through the contact form on our website, including name, email, phone, language preference, service of interest, and message content.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare and draft letters of support, FBI background check requests, and other documents you have engaged us to produce.
  • Communicate with you, your recommenders, and your immigration attorney about the progress of your case.
  • Schedule and coordinate fingerprinting appointments through our partner locations.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Process payments for services rendered.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only when necessary to provide the services you have requested:

  • Your immigration attorney: We share drafts, final letters, and relevant case information with your attorney upon your authorization. This is a core part of our service — attorney coordination is built into our process.
  • Our fingerprinting partners: When you request fingerprinting coordination, we share the scheduling and identification information necessary for the partner location to conduct your appointment.
  • The FBI: When we submit fingerprint cards or electronic requests on your behalf for an FBI Identity History Summary, we transmit the information the FBI requires for processing.

We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.

How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain case files and related documents for a reasonable period after the completion of services to accommodate revisions, follow-up requests, and potential future needs related to the same immigration case. When retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or destroy all personal information and case materials.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information and case materials. We will comply with deletion requests unless retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill an ongoing service obligation.
  • Withdraw consent: You may withdraw authorization for us to share information with your attorney or other parties at any time.

How We Protect Your Information

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Case files are stored securely, access is limited to team members who need it to perform the services you have engaged, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
